Refill vs. Full Set Policy

Refills are designed for maintaining your lash extensions and require at least 30–40% of lashes remaining.

90-Minute Appointments may be considered a refill if there is sufficient lash retention. If you have fewer than 30% of extensions remaining or require extensive work, the appointment may be charged as a full set.

To avoid surprises, please send a clear photo of your lashes prior to booking longer refill appointments.

Outside Refills

Refills on work done by another artist will incur an additional fee of $25–$45, depending on the condition of the existing lashes.

If extensions are poorly applied, incompatible with my products, or require significant correction, removal and a full set may be necessary.

Lash Removals

Removals are performed gently and safely to protect your natural lashes.

Pricing starts at $35 and may increase for extensive removals or corrections of improperly applied lashes.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your total service cost.

Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shorter appointment or rescheduling, and the deposit will be forfeited.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Additional Policies

For hygiene and safety, please arrive with clean lashes. A lash bath may be required for buildup, and an additional fee of [$10] will apply.

Refills performed on work done by another artist may require a consultation or removal before applying a new set.

Payments & Refunds

Payments can be made via [venmo, zelle, cashapp, or Apple Pay ].

No refunds are provided once the service is completed. If you experience issues, please contact me within 72 hours for an adjustment appointment.

Lash Retention Guarantee

Lash Retention: Retention depends on proper aftercare and your natural lash cycle. Please follow the aftercare instructions provided to maximize lash longevity. I cannot guarantee retention if aftercare is not followed or if external factors (e.g., oils, certain makeup products) impact the extensions.

Allergy/Sensitivity Disclaimer

Allergy & Sensitivity: If you have a known sensitivity to lash extension products, please inform me before booking. We are not responsible for reactions to the adhesive or products used, as individual sensitivities vary. A patch test is available upon request at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Touch-Up Appointments:

Touch-ups are quick sessions for minor adjustments within 7 days of your last appointment. The price is determined by the amount of time required for the touch up which is between 15-30 minutes and the type of set. If significant work is needed, please book a refill instead.

Photography Consent:

Photos of your lash extensions may be taken and used for marketing and promotional purposes. Your consent will always be requested before any photos or footage are taken. If you prefer not to have your images used, please feel free to decline without hesitation.
